I am not part of the mailing list so please send
directly to my email address.

I have installed (via rpm) all the pgcc-associated
rpms for the i586 EXCEPT for pgcc-1.1-1.i586.rpm.
Every time I try to "rpm -ivh ...", and no matter whatever
other switches I use, it refuses to install the rpm,
giving me the message (I used the -vv for very verbose option):

"D: running postinstall script (if any)
+ /sbin/install-info --section=Programming:
--entry=*pgcc:(pgcc). The pgccGNU C compiler.
--info-dir=/opt/pgcc/info /opt/pgcc/info/pgcc.info.gz
/sbin/install-info: Is a directory for /opt/pgcc/info/dir
+ /sbin/install-info --section=Programming:
--entry=*cpp:(cpp). The pgcc C preprocessor.
--info-dir=/opt/pgcc/info /opt/pgcc/info/cpp.info.gz
/sbin/install-info: Is a directory for /opt/pgcc/info/dir
execution of script failed
error: pgcc-1.1-1.i586.rpm cannot be installed"

What gives? I even tried installing using the --notriggers
switch to suppress running of any scripts (like install-info)
but it STILL runs the script and craps out.

Please help...

Thank you
