hi...i downed egcs from the real homepage (as i couldn't find it on all pgcc
mirrors)
then i patched it to pgcc with the following lil problem:

the version.c had 2.92.11 instead of 2.92.09 so i didn't get patched...i
manually
wrote "pgcc-2.92.09"...

i compiled it with pgcc11

no problem

everything's fine

i setup 2.1.122 with ac2, apm and aic7xxx 5.1.0pre12 patches (ac2 patch from
that uk.linux site or something)

compiled it

bang...okay that fbcon stuff is broken...
turned of framebuffer stuff

compiling
compiling modules
put kernels on disk and hdd
ran depmod -deva
reboot
bootdisk says "syslinux....blah...loading.....ok now booting the
kernel"...BAM...that's it...
done...

it's p200 w/o mmx...128mb edo ram (not broken)..2940uw...quatum 4 gig
uw...root=/dev/sda2...
yeah that's it...or r the sources broken?

PLZ HELP!!!
