You can get the pre-patch to egcs (should apply to pgcc as well) at
ftp.goof.com:/pub/pcg/test, I've not worked on it since then.
When I put the sign on the webpage, I thought I'd do it tomorrow, but I haven't
been able to do much work on pgcc since months.
It needs a little more clean-up before it can be included into pgcc (or egcs).

In theory, no. Some configurations may work, though.
