I'm trying to compile gnupg 0.3.1.
with the compiler version (gcc --version)
pgcc-2.90.29 980515 (egcs-1.0.3 release)
The compilation stops with the following error:
gcc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I../include -I../intl -I../intl -g -Wall=
-shared -fPIC -o tiger tiger.c
tiger.c: In function round':
tiger.c:655: fixed or forbidden register was spilled.
This may be due to a compiler bug or to impossible asm
statements or clauses.

can someone explain me what's the problem?
I tried with various (none, -O3,-O6 ) optimizations and with (none, -m486,
-mpentium) CPU types, with the same results.
