I had quite a few stabilty problems with this snapshot, and it has nothing
to do with the scheduling improvements for p-ii that were added ;->
If you get error messages like "global.c:401 internal compiler error" you
might try the -fno-regmove switch. I have not yet found out wether the
problem lies in egcs or pgcc. Incidently, perl compiles and runs fine with
-O6 ... -O2 and -fno-regmove since months, while it does not pass the
testsuite with -fno-regmove.
