this also.
cpp is never actually involved (except to produce a valid error message,
for all versions of gcc).
in this problem, gcc calls cpp with clearly wrong parameters, so we have a
problem even before anything else than the compiler driver is involved.
on the other hand, maybe i'm wrong, but i'm very confident ;)
