Can you please check the /lib/cpp file on your system ? It should be a symlink
to the cpp file in the compiler dir, something like:
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 46 Jan 30 14:23 /lib/cpp ->
.../usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-linux/egcs-2.90.23/cpp
