Mine simply has 10 pixels wide character matrix in text modes (instead of 9, like on normal VGAs; the 10th column is either blank or a copy of 8th and 9th -- for semi-graphic characters). In the 'stretched' mode some pixel lines are simply doubled. Now you can imagine how ugly it is. Michal
