I have Toshiba 300CDS. I never tried CTMOUSE under W95B, because I
installed DR-DOS on this machine, and I don't load the panning driver
under DOS. CTMOUSE 1.9x series always worked fine for me under DR-DOS,
with the built-in MousePoint device and external PS/2 and serial mice.
Now I tried CTMOUSE 2.0a4. It crashes under DR-DOS (without the panning
driver) immediately after loading. EMM386 displays an exception report
and the machine is tightly locked (hardware reset is needed).
It looks like some hardware incompatibility...
