Hi,

Joe da Silva asked me to forward this post into the list, since
his recent posts always bounced. I assume, this is because of the
(otherwise) great new anti-SPAM measures DJ Delorie has implemented.
If you post from a different account now, you need to be subscribed
to a special "post-only" list in addition to the normal list. I don't
know the details, but aren't there any hints on this new setup on
http://www.delorie.com?

Greetings,

 Matthias
