Has someone else noticed this as well? Well, there were several
upgrades for DR-DOS 7.02 and they were sometimes referred to
as Beta versions of DR-DOS 7.03, but I cannot remember having
seen an issue of DR-DOS reporting 7.03b on VER. Someone else?

Yes, thank's for reminding me. I have re-read our private thread
now. According to the kernel file dates, you seem to have the
"normal" latest DR-DOS 7.03 issue files, but there also was one
strange 2000 date you mentioned...

Nothing. OpenDOS 7.02 only existed in Beta versions, the latter
product was named DR-DOS 7.02 and was the predecessor of DR-DOS 7.03.
Please note, that the OpenDOS contents on my web-page is outdated
and - as I state in the liner notes to these pages - was left
there by me simply for historical reference (and to be there already
in case the situation would change again)...
