Although it shouldn't be so, I suspect that's true (ie. a bug).   :-/

BTW, just yesterday I used WDOSX to stub MPXPLAY, which
was wanting DOS4GW, even though the documentation said
this was no longer required ... anyway, thanks to WDOSX, it
now runs "stand alone" and is about 45% smaller.   :-)
