     Not bz2. Although .tar.gz my be accepted (there exists utilities for
DOS, which require small resources), but bzip2 is not so widespread and
requires much-much more resources (whereas RAR3 anyway remains better).
Consequently, I range this so (don't forget about compatability with DOS
and old machines):

1. ZIP
2. TGZ, RAR2/16, RAR2/386
3. ARJ, LHA (LZH), ...
...
n. RAR3 (better), tar.bz2 (probably, wider on *ix).
