Hm, I have no immediate insight into this problem. Have you read the
README.TXT files shipping with the driver? Try putting the files
in the root of the drive, but this is just a guess.
If all else fails, refer to the README.TXT file shipping with DR-DOS.
It describes a method to install a network card without .INS file,
you should be able to adapt this to your situation as well.
