Ok, I've got the technology almost in place to limit posts to "members
only".  To make it easier for me, "members" are defined as any
subscriber to *any* of my lists (i.e. a subscriber to opendos-digest
or djgpp can post to opendos).  If a non-member posts, they get a
reply (well, maybe ;) explaining the situation and including a copy of
their original email so they can resend it.  There is a new "members"
mailing list (you can't send to members AT delorie DOT com but you can
subscribe to it) for those of you who wish to use a fake email to post
with (i.e. subscribe your fake email to the members list so that
you're now a "member" with that email address).

I have not yet enabled it for any list.

This does not change any of the other existing filters.
