Hello,
System: W.98 SE; IE 6; RAM 256MB; HDD 50GB.
When I try to open links from, say, Outlook Express, IE opens only a 
blank quarter page frame, no address, no contents, no movement. Not 
even error page. But, if 'Close' button is pressed, the Error message 
appears. Press 'Go', the link opens. How can this be corrected? Thanks.
