A good free ram drive is fu_rd19i.zip. I've been using it for years.

It can be defined up to 2,000 megabytes, the drive letter picked by
you and can be resized without rebooting.

It also handles long file names.

  It is available at:

         ftp://garbo.uwasa.fi/pc/memutil/fu_rd19i.zip

Be sure to use the /T switch. Also check the cluster size switch.

      Jack
