     This is not completely true. I already not remember if its
codegenerator have bugs (Borland's C++ series definitely have a lot of
bugs), but its resulting code is not superior in sense of optimization. Try
to compare with very old MS Quick C and Watcom C/C++. Its even worser in
this sense than BC++ 3.x, for example.

     Not yet. They prepare Watcom 11c patch, which available for registered
users and decise to make next release free. But _officially_ it not yet
free.
