I have a machine with Cyrix processor that gets hot while working in DOS but when using Windows it runs actually cool to the touch because I use a program called Watercool that makes use of, I think, the halt instruction. Is there any such utility for DOS as I tend to use a lot of time on DOS and working with the older utility programs.
