I tried the other com port but didn't fix!
I downloaded the bios setup software from compaq for my computer a while
ago and it worked great on mine ,pentium II 300mmx 160mg ram,but I didnt
have any probs with my computer. so I am going to try to get the bios setup
from compaq for his computer and will go run it on his,I disabled my two
network adaptors in my bios anyway.
so maybe it will provide some answers. his prob is no go after connect in
BOTH dos and windows.
I will chect the tcp setting again in NT but it wont fix DOS !
