     .RAR is an extension for RAR-archives. RAR is very sofisticated and
highly compressible format and algorithms. Also RAR family contains WinRAR -
very intelligent GUI with support of many compression formats, including
.ZIP. You may download WinRAR, for example, from CNET tree.

     No. Archive contains only .C source file, tested under BC++ 3.1, and
text files with excerptions from RBIL and TechHelp about function, available
in DOS for access Windows clipboard. .EXE file I not include into archive to
minimize it and because public distributiion of executables is a bad
behavior.
