DR-DOS is only free for private use. For commercial use, you still
need to buy it, in multiples of 5 units. If you don't need that many,
or if you need a version of EMM386 that works on more platforms,
or if you want PCMCIA support, then PC-DOS may be a better
choice. OTOH, if you are expecting FAT32 or "> 8G" hard drive
support, or whatever, you will be disappointed. You can find a
