Can't you CALL AUTOEXEC.BAT from AUTODOS7.BAT?  I think there's a similar
command in DCONFIG.SYS -- CHAIN CONFIG.SYS perhaps.  Alternatively, why not
just move the commands QEMM and Desqview add to those files to the DR-DOS
ones?
