On 2001-10-28, Jim Stevenson" asked:

> How does Minuet compare with deskview?

Jim, that´s like comparing apples with oranges. Minuet is
an internet access client, that is an application, while
Quarterdeck´s DESQview is a text mode based windowing and
multitasking environment for DOS. You can compare DESQview
with the DR-DOS TASKMGR.

Other´s will know more about Minuet´s feature´s - I have
no personal experience with it.

 Matthias

PS. There is no "REX DOS", at least I have never heard of
such a DOS. Did you mean Mark´s "RX-DOS"? It is designed
to be reentrant, but not multitasking. You can download it
from http://www.freedos.org.
