     Oops, how interesting. Does TASKMGR required or not to reproduce this
behavior? How NewUI mode is implemented (i.e. which video mode used)?

     If this behavior happens only under TASKMGR and NewUI mode doesn't
change video mode except font table then this mean trouble in TASKMGR only.
For example, under some reasons it calls mouse drivers with wrong aread
definition.
