I had two problems with TASKMGR:
1) If switching to the menu, it sometimes (not often) 
2) Problems with the mouse in the menu. But not only CTMOUSE, also logitech mouse driver. But this seems to be
a problem with VESA, I think. If only 80x25 it works ok.
(I cannot use drmouse, it doesn't find my mouse).
