Hmmm ... I have tried this on two machines :
a) A 486DX2 running DR-DOS 6.0
b) A Pentium II running DR-DOS 7.02+
c) The same Pentium II running M$-DOS 7.10
In all cases, STUBIT worked fine ... no "freeze" :-)
One thing to try - Are you using the DPMI option in the DR-DOS 7.0X
EMM386? If so, try disabling this, because this is not compatible
with some applications, perhaps including the STUBIT program. I
never use this EMM386 feature, because I need the maximum free
memory and because I am aware that it is not compatible with some
applications (if you need DPMI, try using CWSDPMI instead). Note
that I am only speculating about this possible cause for your problem,
so if you find this is the cause, please let us know ...
Joe.
