No, it's not graffical ... it's graphical (or course)!
Last time I checked it was at :

(if not, just search for "webboy" at the site).
Hint : Use the AltaVista/Systran/Babelfish facility
to translate the web site to English.
I don't know if Version 4 is available in English, although
once installed, a user can probably "get by" just using
the icons. Version 4 features Javascript and printer
support. Version 3 is available somewhere (not from
IBM, but from a licensee) in English and Portuguese
(and Polish, I think) ...
Note that WebBoy is not available for free, and the demo
versions are crippleware - they don't give you online access
and they only run for 15 minutes at a time. AFAIK, however,
WebBoy V4 is the most advanced web browser for DOS
so far (Arachne is still being developed, so this too should
have Javascript support someday, hopefully soon).
BTW, you should not "cc" the originator of a list
message (eg. myself), otherwise they get two
copies of your message (which is a bit silly).
