Don't know about credit card stuff, but the obvious choice for a
web and e-mail package for DOS is Arachne (www.arachne.cz).
If you are willing to throw money around, IBM Japan also has
WebBoy 4 available (and WebBoy 3 is still available from some
other mob, whose name escapes me) ...
