I compiled the last version of Bladeenc (0.94) for DOS.
You will be able to download it soon.

What is Bladeenc?

It is an mp3 encoder. Matt Craven ported it to DOS (20/09/99).
It uses WDOSX as DPMI server, so you will be able to use it under all DOSes
(I hope :-).
