It (lsppp) uses less memory. My own attempts of reducing memory used by
rewriting parts of epppd were small in comparision. My result was ca 10KB
smaller, but LSPPP is 30+ smaller IIRC. But then it's not epppd rewriteen
it's completly writeen from scratch (a truth with modifications, somethings
came more or less directly from epppd).

All DHCP servers should do that.
