Great! Glad to be able to help. The Toshiba T2105 that I have came with IMG 
disk images so I do have the software and utilities as well as the 
documentation. The computer itself is now running Win95 so I'm not using 
the OEM software right now - that's why I had to recreate the card manager 
software from the IMG files. Let me know if I can be of any further 
assistance.

Appears to have worked!! I get an "ok" from the modem, so it looks good.
The only issue was minor: the OPENDOS emm386 syntax requires /exclude
rather than X for reserving UMB space. I used PCMSETUP rather than the
install, and it came right up..

Thanks: I'll package this up in a zip file with notes so it doesn't get
away.
