When I bought the 4xCDROM I knew about the _nonconforming_ problems.
IIRC it was with the 1x and 2x and maybe the very early 4x.

You never know but theres no evidence not beeing ATAPI conform.
And we already discussed the _standard_ or whatever this means.. :-)

The players dont ignore the second drive when using MSCDEX.
Maybe its at the player level when _talking_ to subunits of 
the driver. Maybe the NWCDEX returns not the answer expected by 
the players. Total guess, Matthias Paul seems the only one to 
confirm.
