If anybody wants them, the last version for DOS/Win3.1 was Client 32 for
DOS/Win v2.71. Lovely client...

There are no official server components for Client32. It's technically
possible to write a 32-bit server program to run inside the client as an NLM
(VisualNet Workstation Responder for DOS with Client 32 runs as such a
module), but Novell don't support them and don't provide a PNW-style server
for it.
