If you write

DEVICE=c:\windows\himem.sys

before emm386, than Dr-DOS supports more than 64MB (MAybe prints errors)!!

You can change it, but you should use Multitasking, it is a multitasking
system like WinNT/2000,
the Taskswitcher is old (but it is good for 286er) and the programs doesn't
run in the background.
