Well DR-DOS 'cursor' isn't supposed to switch off your
cursor (ie. the OFF parameter doesn't mean that, it
just means to unload CURSOR.EXE).

As for the third party 'cursor' - are you sure this is
an O/S compatability issue (ie. not a hardware issue)?
