better than ramdrive.sys which needs to be loaded in
the config.sys is xmsdsk and emsdsk which can be
loaded (and unloaded) whenever you want from the
prompt. xmsdsk will use extended memory up to
something rediculous (2 gig?). Personally I've made
120 meg drives and they work great. It is stable and
I've never had any trouble with it.
