MS-DOS 6.x conatins HELP command, which describes RAMDRIVE.SYS usage

To create a RAM drive in extended memory and allocate 64K (the default
amount) of extended memory to RAMDRIVE.SYS, add the following line to your
CONFIG.SYS file:
device=c:\dos\ramdrive.sys /e
This command loads RAMDRIVE.SYS from the C:\DOS directory.

In any case I recommend much more convenient Franck Uberto's XMSDSK
from FU_RD19H.ZIP (probably this is not last version, I not check).
