Mr. Stevenson's post was very appropriate. He was actively participating in 
the thread in question. He was asking questions. He got a response he could 
not "read". Maybe he could have said it better, but all he said was he 
couldn't read a particular message and why. I thought Mr. Bartlett's public 
comment on Mr. Belousov's public rudeness to be appropriate. I won't bother 
to comment on Mr. Belousov.

But I wonder why you posted your message to the list. It is completely off 
topic. This would seem to be a contradiction of the rules you wish to 
impose on others.
