Arkady,

I guess I have come to consider all of the "UNLEASHED"
books as an extension of the DOS manuals, since most
of the manuals don't do a very good job of explaining how
DOS works with applications or GUI's such as Windows.
Sometimes I think the guy's who write the manuals never
even saw a computer before they wote the documentation.
I need as much help as I can get, so I buy the best good
books as soon as they are published. I also haunt the used
and discount book stores all the time, because you never
know when you'll walk out with a book and disks for
DR DOS 5.0 for $4.00, or Novell DOS 7.0 for $7, or Using
DR DOS 6 for $3.98, which I did within the last six months.
Flea Markets, Swap Meets, Garage Sales, Yard Sales, and
Computer Shows are all places where you can find
'Old Gold' if you look carefully.

Yes, I got the WIN9X/3.X Swap file name wrong. After I have
been up for about 16 hours my mind plays tricks. Sometimes
I even go back and change a file to the wrong name after
opening up my directory listing to check the correct name.

Also, note, in WIN3.X the name of the PERMANENT Swap file is
SPARTPAR.386 and is a hidden file. (Wierd name, Just like
the program.)
