Hi Patrick,

You're pretty much right about the DPMS license - unless Lineo bought the
entire thing outright, including all licensing rights (which they may have
done, actually), they can't change the license.  Even if they could, one can
simply use an older (i.e. Novell branded) copy of the DPMS server.

Actually, the GNU GPL states that if you make sufficient alterations to a
program (such that the original code is still there but there's enough
around it that it can be properly called a new derivative), the authors can
change the licensing agreement.

BTW, the PNW Tutor disk can be found on Lineo's FTP.
