Hello,

Yes, it is still available.  A guy from the list did claim it, but I
never received the shipping cost from him.  Shipping to New York
shouldn't be too much.  To make things simple send me $5.  I guess we
should probably swap address off-list, so please email me, if you are
still interested.  Maybe the help you have already received here, may
negate your need for the disk.
