     Well. Step by step:

     Delorie get letter at 23/11 21:43GMT.

     Then opendos-list receive letter after 2 (two!) hours (23/11 23:56GMT).

     Then letter returned at the same time, after 2 hour gap, excluding 10
min difference (look like Delorie not synchronize it servers timer with
external sources).

     This happens for letter with "Bad work" subject. Now look what happens
with originally discussed letter with subject "Re: Optimizing
CONFIG.SYS...".

     As you can see this letter have 6 (six!) hours of time gap! And come
latter than previous letter...
