IBMBIO.COM looks for HIGH | LOW, UMB | NOUMB when scanning the
DOS= directive.
HIDOS=ON is similar to DOS=HIGH..., HIDOS=OFF is similar to DOS=LOW.

DR-OpenDOS 7.02+ additionally scans for AUTO and NOAUTO arguments
but does not make much use of it for now, so there's no backdrack
when omitted. Chicago's ENHANCED and SINGLE arguments are accepted,
but ignored because they make no use under DR-DOS.
(BTW. If you have look at the end of the IBMBIO.COM file in a binary
viewer, you will see a list of valid directives and arguments. But
please mind, that these strings are overlapping each other, that is
they are merged together to save space, so you will find "NOUMB", but
not "UMB", you can find "HIDEVICE", but not "DEVICE", etc. You will
need some phantasy to figure out all the possible commands... ;-) )
