Don't use -R, use -r.
For unzip you should use unzip32.exe.

Maybe the -R switch? I don't know, do you have more info.

set LFN=YES

in autoexec.bat helps.

The latest version of zip.exe is 2.3. Maybe the old one doesn't support it.

Please try the newest Infozip again.
