That is what I thought when I looked at the catalog. It is ISA and those
that are Linux and NT compatibile and are PNP usually have the jumpers on
them and it's price is in the same range as the better Winmodems. There are
probably other manufactures making them. This particular one has won many
awards from various publications. I have a ZOOM and other than it being a
VFP type, I have had little problems with it. I got it before the v.34
standard was establish. I needed something faster than my 2400 so jumped on
it when I saw it at a good price.
