What Bill said about Windows NT in 1993 doesn't necessarily translate to
how it turned out - any more than DOS converged with XENIX. Maybe what he
was referring to was the gutless POSIX subsystem in NT. There's only one
use I've found for that, and that is creating hard links.

In fact, apart from the fact that is isn't Unix, it's the most popular
form of Unix ever :-) For a popular Unix that actually _is_ Unix, you'd
probably want to look at MacOS X.
