I would suggest 95 since this is faster. I set up a system (486DX2-66 and
28MB RAM) that worked fine (Netscape 4.6x and Office 2000) this summer.

AGP worked like a charm for me. Same goes for my friends that run win95.

Yeah, I would set that as some sort of minimum as well (90-120), fast 486's
with plenty of RAM can be usable - but it may not be so easy to set these
up to be fast enough for most people.

CAUTION! There are some DOS programs do not work well on Pentium Pros (such
as the Pentium Pro, II and III).

I recently debated this on another list. In my experience (with NT 4, 9x
and 3.x) the computer will be faster and more stable without a swap even if
you have much less memory than "required" and run several programs at once.
