Thanks guys. We have not had this much traffic for months. I thought
everyone had
gone into hibernation.
I have not used the newest versions of DRDOS but I have used 3.1 & 5.0 &
6.0 & NDOS7.
I only had troubles with 5.0 when upgrading from MSDOS2.11 /3.3.
I also had a couple of notes on FDISK below.

/n is used to designate a hard disk format. I don't recall when it
started.

/s is an FDISK call for sys.com to add the (3) three boot and system
files
to the newly formatted drive.
Another funny thing was that when installing DRDOS5.0 it formatted your
hard disk and you lost everything on the drive. If you were upgrading
you had to backup all your application data files and reinstall all your
apps,
then restore your data files.
