Hi!
I copied the ibmdos.com, the ibmbio.com and command.com over the old files,
booted it and the boot was successful (there are problems with taskmgr, look
at http://www.opendos.de/err705.htm.
unfortunately only in german;-((, I'll translate it into quite bad english
for you and I'll tell you when I've done it)
Try to make a boot diskette (from #7.03 e.g. and then copy the kernel files
and the command.com over the files on the disk and try it that way, perhaps
it may help).
